  • Access to purchased ebooks is tied to your account and does not expire.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the platform
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the platform
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with platform operations
  • Impersonate other users or EboiPro staff

5. Intellectual Property

All content on EboiPro — including ebooks, cover art, logos, and text — is protected by copyright and belongs to EboiPro or the respective content creators. You may not reproduce or use any content beyond personal reading use.

6. Referral Program

EboiPro operates a referral program. By participating, you agree that:

  • Referral earnings are subject to the current program terms
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time
  • Fraudulent referral activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to purchased ebooks may be restricted. We will not refund purchases in cases of termination due to policy violations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EboiPro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EboiPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
