2. Required Information

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the notice promptly
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content (if applicable)
  • Document the action taken

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@eboipro.com with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material removed and its prior location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh

5. Repeat Infringers

EboiPro maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
