This Payment Policy explains the payment methods accepted at EboiPro, how transactions are processed, and what to expect after completing a purchase.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

EboiPro currently accepts the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based customers:

  • bKash — Mobile financial service
  • Nagad — Mobile financial service
  • Rocket — Mobile financial service
  • Bank Transfer — Direct bank account transfer

We are continuously working to add more payment options. Check the checkout page for the latest available methods.

2. Currency

All prices on EboiPro are displayed and charged in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). International payment support may be added in the future.

3. How Payment Works

  1. Select an ebook and click Buy Now.
  2. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout.
  3. Complete the payment using the instructions provided (e.g., bKash send money to our number).
  4. Submit your Transaction ID on the confirmation form.
  5. Our team verifies the payment — typically within a few hours.
  6. Once verified, the ebook is unlocked in your account under My Shelf.

Note: Access is granted only after payment verification. Submitting a fake or incorrect transaction ID will result in permanent account suspension.

4. Payment Verification

Payments are verified manually or through automated checks:

  • Automated: Some mobile payment methods support instant verification via API.
  • Manual: If automated verification is unavailable, our team will verify within 24 hours on business days.

You will receive an email notification once your payment is confirmed and access is granted.

5. Payment Security

EboiPro does not store your payment credentials, card numbers, or mobile banking PINs. All sensitive payment data is handled directly by the respective payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank).

We use HTTPS encryption across the entire site to protect your data in transit.

6. Failed or Unverified Payments

If your payment is not verified within 24 hours:

  1. Check your email (including spam) for a verification request.
  2. Contact us at support@eboipro.com with your transaction ID and registered email.
  3. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 2 business days.

7. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same ebook, contact us at support@eboipro.com within 7 days. We will issue a refund for the duplicate charge in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Pricing Changes

EboiPro reserves the right to change ebook prices at any time. However, once you have completed a purchase at a listed price, that price is final and will not be retroactively changed.
