Return Policy

Because EboiPro sells digital ebooks, traditional returns are not applicable — once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be physically returned.

However, we are committed to fairness. Please read this policy carefully.


Why Digital Returns Differ

Unlike physical goods, digital ebooks are:

  • Instantly accessible upon delivery
  • Not returnable in a traditional sense (the content cannot be “given back”)
  • Consumed at the moment of access

For this reason, our return window is limited and condition-based.


Eligible Return Situations

We will accept a return request (and issue a refund) in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally bought the same ebook twice. Request within 7 days.
  • Technical inaccessibility: The ebook is completely unreadable due to a verified platform error we cannot fix within 5 business days.
  • Wrong content delivered: The ebook content does not match its published description at the time of purchase.

Non-Eligible Return Situations

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • You have already accessed or read the ebook
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Your account was terminated due to policy violations

How to Request a Return

Email support@eboipro.com within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Clear reason for the return request

We will respond within 3–5 business days.


Refund Processing

Approved returns are refunded via the original payment method:

  • bKash / Nagad / Rocket: 1–3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days
