Return Policy

Because EboiPro sells digital ebooks, traditional returns are not applicable — once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be physically returned.
However, we are committed to fairness. Please read this policy carefully.
Why Digital Returns Differ
Unlike physical goods, digital ebooks are:
- Instantly accessible upon delivery
- Not returnable in a traditional sense (the content cannot be “given back”)
- Consumed at the moment of access
For this reason, our return window is limited and condition-based.
Eligible Return Situations
We will accept a return request (and issue a refund) in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally bought the same ebook twice. Request within 7 days.
- Technical inaccessibility: The ebook is completely unreadable due to a verified platform error we cannot fix within 5 business days.
- Wrong content delivered: The ebook content does not match its published description at the time of purchase.
Non-Eligible Return Situations
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- You have already accessed or read the ebook
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You purchased more than 7 days ago
- Your account was terminated due to policy violations
How to Request a Return
Email support@eboipro.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID or transaction reference
- Clear reason for the return request
We will respond within 3–5 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved returns are refunded via the original payment method:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: 1–3 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days
