Order Cancellation
Effective Date: April 29, 2026
Because EboiPro sells digital ebooks that are delivered immediately upon payment verification, cancellations are subject to strict conditions.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Before payment verification: You may cancel your order by not submitting a transaction ID, or by contacting us before we verify your payment.
After payment verification: Once your payment has been verified and the ebook has been delivered to your account, the order cannot be cancelled. Digital content, once accessible, cannot be recalled.
Eligible Cancellation Situations
We will accept a cancellation request in the following cases:
- Payment not yet verified: You submitted a transaction ID but payment has not been confirmed yet — contact us immediately at support@eboipro.com.
- Duplicate order: You accidentally placed two orders for the same ebook — contact us within 7 days.
- Wrong item ordered: You ordered the wrong ebook and have not yet accessed it — contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
How to Cancel an Order
Email us at support@eboipro.com as soon as possible with:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID or transaction reference
- Reason for cancellation
We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
After Cancellation
If your cancellation is approved:
- Access to the ebook will be removed from your account.
- A refund will be issued via your original payment method.
Refund processing times:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: 1–3 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Orders where the ebook has already been accessed or read
- Orders placed more than 7 days ago
- Orders on accounts terminated for policy violations
