At EboiPro, we are committed to resolving customer disputes fairly and promptly. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what steps we follow to reach a resolution.
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
For most issues, start by contacting our support team directly:

- Order ID or transaction reference (if applicable)

Response time: Within 1–2 business days.
Step 2: Formal Complaint
If your issue is not resolved through initial support contact, you may submit a formal complaint:

Your complaint will be escalated to a senior team member. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days.
Step 3: Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your formal complaint, you may request an escalation review by emailing:

An escalation review will be conducted by a different team member. We will respond within 7 business days.
What We Can Resolve
- Payment and order disputes
- Ebook access issues
- Refund and return disagreements
- Account suspension or termination appeals
- Referral program disputes
- Privacy or data concerns
What We Cannot Resolve
- Disputes arising from your own violation of our Terms of Use
- Requests outside our stated policies (e.g. refund after access when policy does not permit)
- Third-party service issues (e.g. your bank’s processing delay)
Our Commitment
We aim to:
- Acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours
- Resolve most disputes within 5 business days
- Treat every complaint with fairness and respect
- Learn from disputes to improve our platform
Governing Law
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be subject to the laws of Bangladesh and resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
