1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on EboiPro are digital ebooks. Because digital content is instantly accessible upon purchase, our refund policy is more limited than for physical goods.


2. No Refund After Access

Once you have accessed or downloaded a purchased ebook, we are generally unable to issue a refund. This is because the content has been delivered and cannot be returned.


3. Eligible Refund Situations

We will consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same ebook twice. Contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Technical failure: The ebook is completely inaccessible due to a platform error that we are unable to resolve within 5 business days.
  • Wrong item delivered: The content delivered does not match the description shown at the time of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@eboipro.com within 7 days of your purchase with:

  • A brief description of the reason for the refund request

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider:

  • Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:
